The General Partner operates Annapurna Global Macro, LP as an exempt pool under CFTC Regulation 4.7. As a result, the Partnership is exempt from certain disclosure, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements otherwise applicable to registered commodity pools. If the Partnership ceases to qualify for such exemption, the General Partner will withdraw the exemption and comply with all applicable CFTC and NFA requirements.
