2008

Annapurna Capital Managemet, LLC is founded by Marshall Brandt in 2008. Over the next decade, the firm succesfully exited two private equity funds with returns in top 5% in peer group. Portoflio comapnies operated within the energy service and freight transportation industries.

2022

Annapurna Funds, LP is formed. The General partners trade internal capital while developing a global macro manged futures strategy.

2025

Annapurna Capital GP, LLC is formed and becomes a member with the National Futures Association and registers as a Commodity Pool Operator and Commoditity Trading Advisor. First outside capital is acepted in the firms flagship strategy, Annapurna Global Macro, LP.
